Return & Exchange Policy

At Pieces Of Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions, outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be returned in original condition, with tags attached.

  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do NOT offer exchanges for:

  • Sale items or discounted items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Orders placed with incorrect size selection due to customer error

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email pof@piecesoffashionclo.com with:

    • Your full name and order number

    • The reason for the exchange

    • The size/item you wish to exchange for (if available)

    • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval and ship the new item (if in stock).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos. We will review your claim and send a replacement if approved.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Return packages lost in transit (please use tracked shipping)
